Tosai Koi Carp – 2025 Selection

Tosai , if raised in ideal conditions, can reach 45–55 cm in length within 3 years , maintaining a uniform and intense golden color.

Thanks to their selected genetics and active metabolism, these koi grow rapidly when supported by targeted nutrition , quality water and adequate space.

To achieve maximum potential, we recommend regular use of Takazumi High Growth , a high protein feed ( 45% ) specially developed to promote muscle growth and energy in the warmer months.

Fed at temperatures above 15°C , this food accelerates growth while maintaining a balanced and harmonious body, without compromising the brightness of the colour.

1. Setting:
Upon arrival, don't release the koi into the pond immediately. Let the closed bag float in the water for 20 minutes to allow the temperature to equalize. Then slowly add pond water to the bag in several stages (5 minutes each), for a total of 30 minutes of acclimation.

2. Power supply:
Use high-quality koi food specifically designed for koi, which varies depending on the season and the individual fish.

3. Regular check-ups:
Observe your koi's behavior and skin condition daily. Any signs of stress, rubbing, or discoloration should be monitored. Avoid overcrowding and sudden temperature changes.
