All koi are selected from certified breeders, tested for KHV, and quarantined for a minimum of 4 weeks.

We offer an “Arrive Alive” guarantee: if the koi arrives dead, we will refund or replace it (photo within 2 hours of delivery).

Plus, 14 days of medical coverage: if any symptoms attributable to transportation appear, we'll provide medication or a free replacement.
