All koi are selected by certified breeders, inspected for disease, and quarantined for a minimum of 4 weeks.

We offer an “Arrive Alive” guarantee: if the koi arrives dead, we will refund or replace it (photo within 2 hours of delivery).

Plus, 14 days of medical coverage: if any symptoms attributable to transportation appear, we'll provide medication or a free replacement.

All Koi marked "JAPAN ORDER - 50% DEPOSIT" are Koi we selected during our trip to Japan and are not yet available.

Koi are shipped from Japan to Italy in spring .

So when you purchase a Koi selected as "JAPAN ORDER - 50% DEPOSIT" it means that it will be available starting the following spring.

Only when they arrive in Italy, you can pay the remaining 50% of the price of the Koi and then you can collect it / request shipping.
