Each koi travels in a triple bag filled with 30% farm water and 70% pure oxygen, placed in an EPS box with a heat pack/ice pack depending on the season. The dedicated express courier (with tracking) delivers within 24 hours to reduce stress.

Yes: slow acclimation for 20-30 min.

Place the sealed bag on the water surface for 15-20 min (temperature equalization). Then add small amounts of pond water to the bag every 5 min for another 15 min. Finally, use a net to transfer only the fish, avoiding letting the transport water into the pond. Ideal parameters: 18-24 °C, pH 7-8, NH₃ = 0 mg/L.

All koi are selected by certified breeders, tested to guarantee they are free from KHV, and kept in quarantine for at least 4 weeks. We offer an “Arrive Alive” guarantee: if the koi arrives dead or dying, we will issue a refund or replacement (photos must be sent within 2 hours of delivery). We also provide 14 days of health coverage: if symptoms attributable to transport appear, we will provide medication or a free replacement.
