Each koi travels in a triple-bag filled with 30% breeding water and 70% pure oxygen, enclosed in an EPS box with a heat pack or ice pack depending on the season. A dedicated express courier (with tracking) delivers within 24 hours to reduce stress.

Yes: slow acclimatization of 20-30 min.

Place the closed bag on the surface of the water for 15-20 minutes (keeping the temperature constant). Then, add pond water to the bag in small doses every 5 minutes for another 15 minutes. Finally, use a net to transfer only the fish, avoiding allowing the transport water to enter the pond. Ideal parameters: 18-24°C, pH 7-8, NH₃ = 0 mg/L.
